I'm a (somewhat) amateur photographer based in Virginia. An important thing to know about me is that I am much more focused on quality than quantity. Once I went on a trip to a local park and took about 200 photos, but only found four good enough to be posted. In other words I will post rarely, but only because I value quality.

As far as picture style, I specialize in macros, but you may also see some bird shots or occasional landscapes on my stream. I do plan to get more into birding as well as portraits, so look out for that.

My photos are edited in Lightroom Classic CC and Photoshop CC, and I'll only mention the edits if I added something to the photo, like birds that weren't there, etc.

Canon EOS 80D (likely to be replaced by a Nikon D810 or D500 at some point)

EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM

(I recently rented a 150-600mm lens, so some of my photos were taken with that.)
