I was born in Amsterdam and have been an amateur photographer since high school.

Over the last 20 years I have been able to further develop my skills, with digital photography giving me a boost.

Nature photography is my passion and my way of relaxing and expressing myself. I focus on birds, butterflies, dragonflies, orchids and landscapes.

I am still developing my own style but for now I think it is important to take photos that are sharp, have a good composition and that tell something about the beauty of nature.

Most important, nature brings me moments of great happiness!
