It turns out that as tgirls go I guess I am pretty average. I am happily married for 45+ years and lived 29 of those years in secrecy. In 2005 I disclosed my secret to my wife. She continues to love me as a male and is slowly coming to accept the female side of me. We have 2 adult children who do not know about Suzanne. We have 3 adorable grand daughters and a handsome grandson.
I am a mechanical engineer and a do-it-yourself kind of person. I like working with metal and wood and have a complete wood and metal shop. I am the last guy anyone would expect to be a tgirl.
I did not feel strongly about dressing until I turned 50 and decided that I needed to explore the female side of me. At that point I was driven to find wigs and clothes and learn how to present as Suzanne. My first outing as Suzanne was in 2004 in Austin Texas. Since then I have had a fair amount of help from friends in bringing Suzanne to life.
I have come a long way in the past few years and had an amazing journey since May 2005. I have gone from being fully closeted to being out and about on a regular basis. Just a few years ago, I had only been to a few restaurants and always alone. Since then, I have dined out with friends at some very nice restaurants. I was always terrified of shopping for clothes enfemme at stores like Macy's or Nordsroms and especially the smaller shops like Cache, but Cache is now gone, very sad. Today I regularly shop in these stores and try on the latest fashions with the help of the very friendly sales people. I am so amazed and thrilled with the people I have met in stores and how nice they have been to me. I only regret that I did not know years ago what I know now.
If you care to share your own experiences with me I would be happy to share with you. Please no trashy photos. I will block anything I dislike and will not communicate with anyone who does not share photos.
I decided to do some serious blocking of individuals based on poor taste. I decided that if you are not posting clean photos or have tasteless friends, I will block you. I also decided to cut down on my public exposure and left most groups. I am not interested in having my photos all over the internet.

Suzanne is a best friend and big sister rolled into one. In 2009 I was emerging from the darkness of yet another cross-dressing purge. But as any transgender person knows purging doesn’t work. My need for feminine expression had returned with a vengeance. Suzanne reached out to me on flickr and gave me the support that saved me. She was always there to answer questions and counsel me on the more serious matters in my life. She presents a classy and stylish image that is a credit not only to our community but to women everywhere. Truly, you are a source of inspiration and I am honored to be your sister and friend.
