I dabbled in photography for over forty years but was unable to devote serious, sustained attention to it. Holding down a job and raising children really take a bite out of your life. Now that I've retired, however, I can finally concentrate on making photos as I always wanted to. Influenced heavily by the work of Walker Evans, I focus on the South with a special emphasis on its ironies.
