I've been into photography since boyhood and I'm still not very good - To be honest, I just don't have the patience but I do get a buzz from the occasional, accidental good image that I can get printed. I spent my working life in the oil industry and travelled extensively but am retired now - you'd think that I now have all the time in the world for photography but it just doesn't work out that way. Never mind - I'm certainly not complaining. I love the countryside and always take my camera on walkabout - I love pubs and real ale (and real tea, real coffee real bread etc.)
