Why do I photograph?

Well, it started a very long time ago and the reason has always changed. But as time went on I realized that I photograph to show a process of progression. Each photo is different from the last and and it visually confirms to me, that things are getting better.

I'm getting older and the ability to see that astounds me. It's not about the quality of the photo, it's about the story it leaves behind and the mark on the past that will exist as long as the photo does. If the photo is beautiful and glazes the eyes, wonderful. But if the moment comes to a stand still, and is never lost upon myself or others who were there...

My mission, is complete. I will never delete a photo. I will never forget where I've been.
