Hello!

I'm 18 years old and I just started school at the University of Arizona where I'll be studying Wildlife Biology.

I've always loved animals, especially birds, but I didn't start taking an interest in photography until about a year ago. When I first started, I was using a Nikon D5100, and I had two lenses: a 28-300mm zoom lens and a 60mm macro lens. A few months ago I got a new camera, the Nikon D610, which I use for everything now, and I also got a new 200-500mm lens that I love!

My strategy when it comes to photography is usually to sit and wait for animals to show up, but when it's not too hot I usually go hiking with my camera at the ready.

I'm still relatively new to the world of photography, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about how to get great pictures. I love hearing feedback on my pictures, so feel free to comment!
