I live in Putnam Valley New York, which is close enough to New York city to commute to and yet far enough away to be country. I'm lucky enough to live in a house near a lake and surrounded by state parkland and wildlife. I have a very demanding job at a publishing company, with long hours and a long commute (2 hours each way) into the city everyday. I live for my time at home, taking pictures, hiking, bird watching, and just being outdoors.

I love nature and photography.
