I also have an account under the flickr name atwil, unfortunately yahoo have blocked this account because they have found a email address i used when i joined in 2009, this email is no longer in existence but one cannot speak to a human being at yahoo and if your answers to thier questions do not match the automated answer, you have no chance of resolving a problem
