I am originally from Wisconsin, my husband and our youngest son moved to Grand Cayman in June of 2008. My husband purchased my first camera in 2000. In 2002 our family suffered the greatest loss....our daughter just 6 days shy of her 17th birthday was killed by a drunk driver. When I first received my camera, photography was a hobby. After my daughters death photography was no longer a hobby but in fact a way of coping.

I still today find that when things "get out of control", "stressful" or "just out of control"...I am still using my camera as a coping tool.

You have got to check out my new website, I am so excited about this and hoping I can make a great run of this, as I would rather focus on my photography than get a job that I hate! I know it's a dream, but isn't that what life is all about?
