Had a few cameras in my time and am showing off all the photographs I think are worth something of value. Am planning on refurbishing my old film cameras and going at it again to complement the latest digital technology. For many years I uploaded photos - many of the ones you see here - on a photo app, Panoramio. Ultimately, Google bought the app and morphed it into Google+. Many of us decided we did not wish to merge into Google and thus I ended up here. I made many friends on Panoramio who are now lost to me because I didn't cross over to Google +. I am not planning on changing venues again, but on the monetized web these days, anything is likely to happen. I intend to scan and upload a good number of photos dating back as early as 1970 to celebrate fifty years of my own photography. Point and shoot, I always say.
My wife has a different point of view. She's a trained artist (UT Art Department grad) and composes her photographs before she takes them, unlike me. We've decided to add her works on her own Flickr account which you can see here:
