I'm a Computer Science student currently attending Rutgers University - New Brunswick.

I have a Nikon D3200 and while I've had it for a long time I haven't spent much time taking traditional photos with it. I used it mainly to record movies back in high school as part of the film club I was a part of. I also have very limited experience with photoshop. I've used free alternatives such as GIMP for years but not for the purposes of editing photos.

My goal by taking this course is to improve as a photographer and actually learn how to take good pictures using the manual settings on my camera.
