A keen amateur photographer since a boy, but only aquired a 'proper' camera in my late teens, about 1976. Influenced by my fathers photography from around the world, but especially in India.

My older brother who was a trained graphic artist and printer , took over the role , and many of my early photos were taken in his company.

A late adopter of Digital photography,(most of my photos being taken with manual exposure, manual focus cameras) i am just about getting to grips with having to carry a spare battery !
