Hello
I use Flickr primarily as remote backup. It's not a showcase for my photographic talents, creative wizardry or artistic imagination because I haven't got any. I'm the fourth-best photographer in the family and I only make it to fourth because the dog doesn't have opposing thumbs. But I do have some reasonably good kit and I've been lucky enough to travel a fair bit and the law of averages says even I will finish up with a few passable images eventually. So having dumped a couple of terabytes up on Private setting, I'm gradually moving them set by set to Public on the off-chance that someone might find something here of interest.
Eventually, I'll get rid of the unfocused, the over-exposed, the under-exposed and the badly cropped. There are quite a lot of these (and if you're passing, you can help me out. If you Favourite something or even better leave a comment, it tells me I might have accidentally done something half decent). Until then, this is definitely a triumph of quantity over quality.
