My passion for photography comes from assisting a stills photographer on Film and Television drama sets during the 1980s. I enjoyed the work, but it was the 'period sets, films and dramas' that really set me alight.

I have been a commercial aerial photographer, a wedding photographer and dabbled in landscape photography, thinking it would be a relaxing pastime akin to fishing. My current career within the construction industry is far from relaxing!

However. I keep gravitating back to photographing people. People at events, where period clothing is a theme, Goths, Medieval re-enactments, Ladies day at Ascot, Goodwood, ladies with lots on, Ladies with little to nothing on...I just love photographing people.

As my old bones continue to protest at the tasks demanded of them within the construction industry, I will make more time in my life to photograph people.
