Breaking Ground is New York's largest provider of supportive housing. We provide a full continuum of services: street outreach across Brooklyn, Queens, and Midtown Manhattah; a drop-in center in Queens; transitional housing serving the most vulnerable, long-term homeless individuals; and permanent supportive and affordable housing to provide homes for those who need them most. We have helped more than 13,000 people overcome or avoid homelessness since 1990.
