I first took a picture when I was about 5 years old. Subject was my Mom and Brother. The next time I remember was in High School on our class trip. I only have a few picture's of that time. I got married, drafted, and went to Viet Nam for a year and got a Konica camera, Yashica, and finally I got a Minolta SRT 101 while I was stationed over there. I took a Photo course from "Famous Photographer Course but didn't complete because of film and developing. Years past and The next time I remember photography was when I retired early and decided to try it again because of digital. I bought an Olympus 620, then a Nikon D40, a Canon D70, and finally I got canon 5D, 7D, 7Dii 5D MK III and finally a Canon EOS 1DX with 600mm lens, a Nikon D750 w/ 200-500 lens and Birds here I came. I used a Olympus Mirrorless OMD E-M1 MK II with several lenses and my newest is a Sony ICLE A7 MK III with a 100-400 lens. This month Oct 2018 I got a Sony ICLE-A9 camera. It's fantastic. Great focusing, super fast shutter speed and a dream to use. I love photography and enjoy learning all I can about it. Its been a fun journey, Hope you enjoy my images.
