Hi, I started taking pictures Autumn 2015. I was suffering from a large cataract in my right eye. I purchased my Nikon V1 35 mm camera, and took long walks in the New Forest, near where I live. I needed to experience nature and to visualise what I could not clearly see for myself. I have a record of everything that was interesting, the colours, shapes and textures, I took close-ups, landscapes, and short videos.

Now that my sight is fully functional again, I am enjoying even more the beauty and surprises I find on each walking trip, and the excitement of the adventure continues.
