I'm an amateur photographer from the Canadian prairies. I started out taking photographs along my favourite hiking trails, then got brave enough to ask for volunteer models. Since that time, I've been trying to work toward capturing my concept of femininity and beauty. I prefer a relaxed, natural and "every day" approach. I appreciate every volunteer who has been brave enough to step in front of my lens. As an amateur photographer, I still have much to learn, but as one of my models astutely pointed out, if everyone waited until they were an expert to explore their creativity, there would be no experts. And so I take my opportunities where I can find them, hoping for incremental improvement along the way.
