I was the kid teachers told to “drop out.” Not bright enough. Not focused enough. Written off before I even got a shot. Until one question flipped the switch:

“Doing what you're doing right now… where will that take you in five years?”

That hit hard. And it lit a fire.

I hustled my way from the bottom to a management trainee role at the Taj Group of Hotels—and that was just the beginning. I went on to lead powerhouse teams at Dell, HSBC, Bank of America, and Barclays—driving transformation across continents.

Today, I run Amanstra Consulting—a firm obsessed with one thing: helping SMEs in healthcare, IT, manufacturing, logistics, and transport dominate their space by fixing what’s broken and scaling what works.
