I am passionate about photography with more interest over travel, nature, people. Originally focusing to landscape and nature, I also have found myself getting more into people and street photography within time.

I don't take pictures, I make them. At least I try to make them. That has been one my main mottos. It may sound like a cliche but to me photography starts at the mind before anything else. Taking is more about accepting what looks available at the moment, it is the operator's way. Making is more about producing, challenging and sometimes even pushing one's limits, it is the artist's way. At least this is how my mind works and I try to make images.

My main workflow is based on digital but I still like and shoot film from time to time. I try to make most of the work at the field before the shot and generally do small retouching as post processing. I use LR, Canon DPP and Imagebrowser to process and browse images.

Currently my gear consist of a Canon 5D mkIV DSLR and two Canon 1v film SLRs. My wide angle zoom lenses are Canon 11-24 F4 and 16-35mm F4 IS. I mainly use Canon 24-70mm F2.8 II and also 24-105mm F4 IS as walk around zooms. I have two telephoto zooms, Canon 70-200mm F2.8 IS II and 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 IS II. Sigma 50mm F1.4 A, Canon 100mm F2.8 IS macro and 50mm F1.4 are the three prime lenses that I have.

I use Gitzo and Manfrotto tripods and ball heads. I keep my gear and travel with various Lowepro bags.
