Hello. My name is Ben. My mother and grandfather are both photographers. I first got into photography on a family trip to Rome when I was 14 years old. I was taking a picture of a Volkswagen bus in front of a nondescript place of worship when a man walked into the frame and the illusion that he was attempting to eat the bus was imprinted on silver with light, forever. I liked that. I started shooting black and white film on a borrowed camera in 2016. I have since purchased a digital camera. I still prefer to shoot in black and white. Most of my photographs are the result of a trip that I take. Thank you for looking.
