We are an amazing carpet cleaningcompany that goes that extra mile for our customers. When a customer books an appointment to have their carpets, upholstery, or rugs cleaned we have a few standard musts to ensure customer satisfaction.

1/ We visit every customer prior to cleaning to view what needs to be cleaned.

2/ We carry out a survey.

3/ When the clean is done we ask the customer to complete a little survey which takes no more than 1 minute to complete.

In addition to this we don't like our customers waiting , however from time to time thing take us a little longer than expected, or road works may delay our arrival.

To keep the customer in the loop, we send a message to the customer 30 minutes before arrival, and also link our location via google maps, so the customer can see our route to them.

Am not aware of any other companies that provide this service.
