The Ulster Community College Foundation, Inc.'s mission is "To solicit, accept, hold, invest, reinvest, and administer any gifts, bequests, devises, benefits of trusts, and property of any sort, without limitation as to amount or value, and to use, disburse or donate the income or principal thereof or use the property in kind for the benefit of Ulster County Community College, its students and graduates, as well as for the benefit of the community it serves."
