This account has been set up by Remembering the Past (RtP). We record and preserve the memories of the North East for future generations. It is a valuable local history resource for those in the community to access. We have been working across North Tyneside and its surrounding areas for many years now. We started off collecting memories from individuals but more and more we work with community groups and other partners in larger projects. We are especially proud to act as Heritage Partners for groups in receipt of National Lottery Heritage Fund grants, sharing our expertise with groups who may not be familiar with their local heritage.
