Jorge, in my 10 years on Flickr,, I don't believe that I've ever written a testimonial but here I go... first, saludos desde un gringo en Chile. I speak fluent Spanglish! :-) I see that you are now shooting Fuji, is that right? I started with the XT1 in 2015, and I have since added the XT2, but still shoot both depending on the situation... for example, if the lens I want to shoot with is on the XT1, I just shoot with it... if I am going to do a photowalk alone, I usually bring the XT1, in case I am robbed, I won't lose my newer camera. I've never never been robbed but it happens. I make a habit of browsing a Flickr contact's photos, at random, as I can to get to know folks that are connected with me... today I was browsing your's and I must admit I normally quit after 20 40 photos but I didn't to stop browsing yours... you have an excellent series of photos, and I think your style is much like my own, so they really spoke to me. Although you seem to have more access to old Mexican style buildings when I am closer to the big city, so that fact is reflected in my photography. Congratulations on your beautiful work. I thought I would share with you what lenses I have and what I think about them... Fujinon XF 23MM F1.4 R prime - The most useful lens that I have... just wide enough but not too wide and works for most situations. Fujinon XF18-135mm F3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR - Not the best glass that Fuji makes but very useful for traveling with one lens. I used to shoot with it a lot but now I rarely use it. Fujinon XF50-140mm F2.8 R LM OIS WR - A fantastic lens, great for most any shot... the primary disadvantage is the weight and size. It is a constant F2.8, which is great and, except for macro shots, this is my go-to lens for floral photography, portraits, and as well most anything else that works at 50mm or more. Unfortunately I rarely carry this lens when I go out to shoot because it is just too heavy as a walk-around lens, as I mentioned above. Recently, I am shooting more with primes. Fujinon XF 1.4X WR teleconverter - The teleconverter is great when you need that extra reach.(works with the XF50-140mm lens above as well as others that I don't currently own). Fujinon XF35mmF2 R WR prime - a great street photography lens... small and discreet. Samyang SY12M-FX-BK 12mm F2.0 Ultra Wide Angle - as I mentioned before, my most "fun" lens... super sharp and easy to master. Today, if I go on a photowalk in the city, I usually carry this 12mm and the XF23mm f/1.4. I am not a street shooter (of people)... I just don't feel comfortable shooting strangers. I started a group for this lens at www.flickr.com/groups/samya... if you want to check it out... it's new so we still only have about 50 members, but we are growing, little by little MEIKE 85mm F2.8 1.5:1 Macro - at less that $300, a steal. This 1.5:1 macro gets you really, really close. I am still fairly green to macro photography but every time I use this lens, it blows me away.. So, I've ended up writing a book instead of a testimonial... Un abrazo! Saludos, John
