It's been a long journey as this started out as a way to cope with the loss of a dog. And now many years later and many cameras later it has become a part of me. Although I do not keep up with Flickr or upload many pictures these days (I'm not a pro subscriber) it's where I started and I come back to remember that man with a camera and a dog on the beach... Recently Moved to Cape Cod where I hope to take many more pictures.
a few years ago, I put a bird feeder up in my backyard and because of Covid-19 I have been working from home. All of the bird pictures were taken from my kitchen table looking out on my backyard feeder. I had zip tied some dead branches to the feeder and this has attracted a number of birds who will perch on the branches while waiting for their turn on the feeder and have contributed to this collection of native birds from Cape Cod. And while I don't get any real rare or exotic birds, I do take joy in the number of different types of bird that do visit.
Another section is dedicated to my love of vintage cars which I've been documenting for the past few years, Unfortunately I lost a great deal of pictures after my previous computer's hard drive failed, some of my most recent uploads have been experimenting with the Background AI Generator in Photoshop. They have done a great job of improving the subject selector to capture way more cleanly in the lates version however the background generator is still clunky, and you have to cross your finger and run numerous versions to find acceptable images that don't look cartoony or distorted or fake,
