American born artist now living and creating, with camera in hand, on the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria, Australia.

If I am not in my studio creating, I am in the car driving around allowing anything and everything to capture my passion for art. I get a lot of inspiration for my artwork through my photography. Sometimes it is from what I captured, and others it is just from the adventure of looking. Moving from the States to Australia, you can often find me walking along the beach boxes and marinas here on the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria. I especially love walking around in marina storage lots, where I find abandoned, and weathered boats, because I find art. I find things that move me to create in the studio. The pattern peeling paint creates, the vibrant hue of orange from rust, the different shades of green which grow around a slow leak, the texture and look of weathered wood, numbers and lettering worn away by the sun and saltwater, and the amazing colours that have changed hands over time, not to mention the amazing teal blue water of the bay, all coming together to create an inspiring palette for this artist.
