What can I say! I turned to the Lord and He responded in a way I can not articulate with words. I love Him with all my heart. I reached out to Him, and God's spirit touched me profoundly changing me. How can anyone go through such an experience without being changed.
Some think it is hip or fashionable to discount the gospel as nonsense or bondage. When people, including some elements of society celebrate proclaim Satan, reject faith in God as a form of bondage publicly it saddens me.
The love of God is the most beautiful and fulfilling thing I have experienced, bar NOTHING!
All I know is that when I turned to Him He wasted not one nanosecond. My name is written in the book of life thanks to God.
I am FREE!
I am so totally thankful and so in love with the Lord. He is the center of my existence!
You can turn to Him as well, you can know this freedom and joy and perfect love. He promised that he will not turn His back on those who turn to Him. He also promised that He will not lose you once you do turn to Him and accept Him as your Savior. My most fervent desire for you is that you come to Him so He can reveal what a beautiful, loving, and faithful friend He wants to be to you.
"Later, Matthew invited Jesus and His disciples to his home as dinner guests, along with many tax collectors and other disreputable sinners. But when the Pharisees saw this, they asked His disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with such scum?” When Jesus heard this, He said, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do.” Then He added, “Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: ‘I want you to show mercy, not offer sacrifices.’ For I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.”" Matthew 9:10-13
"Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to Me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen Me and still do not believe. All those the Father gives Me will come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will never drive away. For I have come down from Heaven not to do My will but to do the will of Him who sent Me. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of those He has given Me, but to raise them up at the last day. For My Father's will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day."" John 6:35-40
