I've been blessed with a life-long love of aviation - particularly jet aircraft. It all began for me as a young kid in the early 70's, heading to Montreal's Dorval airport with my father for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to "watch the planes". I'll never forget the roar and excitement as I witnessed my first BOAC, Air France, and Air Canada 747 "Jumbo Jets" lifting off! They were such a contrast from the Air Canada DC-8's, Viscounts, and Vanguards I was accustomed to.

I purchased my very first 35mm camera (a Minolta XG-1) as a teenager and off to YYZ it went with me. While I love all forms of photography, I have an affinity for the raw energy of planes and Formula 1 racing.
