I'm a human rights lawyer / wannabe photographer and documentary maker. I'd love to link my two passions: human rights and fighting for justice, and my love for the visual arts.

I'm here to learn more about photography from other members, and to share the beautiful (and sometimes less beautiful) things I see with other like-minded people - and of course I love admiring the work of others. The atmosphere of sharing is what has drawn me in to Flickr.

I use a Nikon D50. My main lens is a Nikkor AF 18-70mm with a polarising filter. I also have a 50mm lens.

Some of my older photos (mainly the ones taken in India) were taken with a Minolta Dynax film camera.
