Rita is that unique artists that exposes the inner beauty of nature and shares it for all to experience. Where does this talent come from?

RITA, THE CHAMP OF MIST AND GENTLE LIGHT It has become a recurring feeling: having run into a splendid image at Flickr; next step, clicking on the author. Next wait with anticipation for a few secs at blank screen (due to slow connection...). The stream then appears out of nothing (internet). In most cases, it's a letdown: more photographs are (much) less than the one that cought your attention in the first place. I guess my own stream must have the same untenability. With Rita it was the opposite. Amazed by the posted number, approaching 1.000 (but PRO anyway). Before your eyes emerge: each and every item a carefully chosen and crafted piece of art. Perhaps you may not like really all; but there is a highest degree of quality concentration and consistency one might expect. As I experience Rita's work, it's all in the atmosphere. Yes, the skills requirements are met, composition-contrast-exposure-colors-lines-shapes etc. But above all it is that fine matter exceeding the skills alone, and justifying the art medium. The way I personally like it most: a stimmungsvoll Überschicht, a poetic layer of the higher order of purpose. Through Rita's lens, Germany appears almost too soft, suggesting a pastel-like reality we would sooner associate with France :)) The elements in her shots are not of particular awe in itself. It's not there where the secret lies. It's the approach, the time of day. The light. The rare moments. Frost meet mist meet land meet snow meet trees. One last Rita's distinction is the ideal use of watermark: I have rarely seen a more discreet and befitting one. From image to image, the light and color of her watermark are adjusted not to strike the attention in ugly way. And when you spot it, it is tastefully placed to advance the whole to an attractive graphic solution. A chapter aside is Rita's "Red Dress theme", occurring every now and then throughout the stream. I'll let others write more about it. I find it always well thought-of, inviting to watch and intriguing as a concept. Rita's images do get the necessary faves and admiration, but I am puzzled by the fact that her stream hasn't got more comprehensive testimonials so far. Which she undeniably deserves. Are you a hiker, mountain-nature-landscape devotee? Well, when you see yet another expectedly unexpected beauty of Rita, you might ask yourself - has she left us anything over to be photographed at all? Rita's stream is a pool of dreamy joy. I realized soon after entering I'll be faving them all. But then, they deserve it. I think her stream may boast a highest percentage of faved images out of all posted. Feel free to take a dive yourself! You won't be sorry.
