Building with LEGO is one of my favourite ways to relax and escape from the hectic pace of life.

I have been part of the AFOL community since 2016 and am a co-founder of MILUG - Mid Island LEGO Users Group on Vancouver Island. We formed MILUG at BrickCan 2016 in Richmond/ Vancouver and we have been very active in the community with events almost every month (sometimes twice a month!) and a semi permanent display at one of our local libraries. I am also part of the Brick Alliance, the Women's Brick Initiative, Gayfols, and LEGO Saved My Life.

My favourite MOCs are large scale vehicles but I also build a lot of buildings/scenes as part of collaborative builds with MILUG. I have recently been trying different styles and scales of builds and have been having fun with that. I have won a couple of awards at both BrickCan and BrickCon (Seattle) and hope to attend some conventions further from home in the future.
