Roy Farrens is a Santa Cruz local, and knows the city and county well. He grew up in Live Oak and is a Harbor High School alumnus. After graduating from California State University of Monterey Bay with a B.S. in Business Administration, Roy returned to Santa Cruz to pursue a career in real estate.
