Took my first photo aged about 8 with dads old film camera of a young Black bird. Awful but it got me hooked on photography.

Asked mums permission when I was 16 if I could buy a 35mm camera with money saved from my wages. She said yes and that was it, never had any money since.

To be true full, never legged out on camera gear only on the travel to get the shots I've seen in the magazines and books.

Now I've taken up using a gopro I'm hoping for that new dimension which is lacking from my photography at the moment.
