I joined flickr first to enjoy and appreciate other people's incredible photography posted on Flickr. If you're having trouble finding some great photos - especially of NZ - check out my favourites, I'm adding to them almost every time I visit.

I'll also add to my own collection of street art and other random NZ photos when I get the chance.

Most of my photos pre-2010 are taken with a Nokia 6234, a cellphone from back in the day. Not bad for a 3.2Mp camera from 2005. More recently I've been punting around with an HTC Trophy Windows 7.1 phone - highly recommend them, and recommend Windows Phone generally, even if the selection of apps available for them isn't as great as Android or iOS devices...

My new phone is a Galaxy S3 Mini, purely because it's the best spec, 2 camera, dual-cpu phone I could get my hands on for around $300. Camera on it isn't outstanding by todays standards but will do printable photos... The key here is that it's always with me, so I get a chance to capture all the really interesting things that go on here in this beautiful city I live in: Wellington, New Zealand.
