I have been interested photography since about 1992. I had a neighbor who was a photographer. He taught me about photography and encouraged me to pursue the hobby. While in middle school, I sold candy bars to get my first camera. It was a plastic piece of junk. But, since then I have been hooked on photography.

Through the years I shot mostly film. It was cheap and easy to use. I decided to go fully digital in 2015. It has been a fun learning experience. But, before that I dabbled with digital photography since the year 2000. Today, I am enjoying all the benefits of digital photography.

My main hobby is railroad photography. I have successfully shot trains in all 48 states. I enjoy traveling around our great country looking for the many different railroads.

I am also make train video's on a sporadic basis. Those video's can be found on my YouTube channel.

Hopefully, you enjoy looking at my photos here on Flickr. I plan to keep adding more as time permits.
