My name is Amanda Marie Bosworth.

I am 38 years old, 5 feet 1 inch in height and weigh about 105 pounds. I wear a 32B bra and size 5 (small) underpants. My dress size is 2 petite. I have black hair which has some dark brown rolling in there also. I have very fair skin and dark brown eyes.

I mention all this because I know it is important to many of you.

I will not be posting photos of myself or of my family. However, if you look carefully at what I do post you may catch a glimpse of a familiar form or someone you think you know.

If you like my work and want to contribute towards my coffee needs while out on the photo hunt you may send a payment to my paypal at amandavmb10@gmail.com You may also email me as a friend from flickr using the same address.

One of my great pleasures in my life (other than the love of my wife and wonderful family and friends) is posting photos here and seeing the numbers of "faves" and reading comments. I have a small group (very small group) of faithful fans who seem to enjoy what I post and enjoy commenting and interacting with me. The group of followers and fans is always open for new members so feel free to come over and be "in with the in crowd".

I was married November 4, 2017 to a wonderful woman - Julie - my wife.

Many of you who follow me here know I have been through a very rough, sad, depressing time from November 2014 until early in 2017. My mother took ill and was diagnosed with a terminal disease. My dad and I nursed her until she died in July, 2015. I was in grief for the next two years and full of rage, anger, and mad at the entire world - especially at my mother for leaving me. I am now married and starting my own family. The past is gone. There is still a place of sadness in me but it is eclipsed by new love, new strength, and new joy with my wife and my new extended family. I want my life to be a positive force in the world.

About my photos and my style and the message I try and convey: we all know that most communication, even when we are speaking with each other, is nonverbal. I want my photos to be a conversation between you and me. I want you to travel with me and I want you to see what I see .. but I also want you to experience what I experience and feel what I feel. I am a simple girl and I use a simple point and shoot camera. It has many more settings and adjustments in it's brain that I have no idea what they do or how to use them. I don't particularly care. I do my best to bring you along with me and let you see and feel and experience what I see and feel and experience in my life. Your "favorites' of my photos and your comments on my photos are very much appreciated, but please keep your comments suitable for viewers of all ages and backgrounds.

If anyone wants to delve into my life with me you may email me here at flickr or at my yahoo address which is posted here. You may also email me at amandavmb10@gmail.com All serious inquiries will receive a reply. I enjoy making new friends here and listening to what you have to say.

Peace and love to all of you .......

Update - April 4, 2018

Time goes by quickly. Julie and I have been married 5 months now. Spring is just about upon us here in the eastern part of central Massachusetts. Married life is wonderful - fulfilling and warm and cozy and passionate. Much more so than when we were living together as single women. We are exploring ways of conceiving children. Julie will be the birth mother first while I pursue anew a start at a professional career. I gave up my original professional track career to be with my mother and then to sort through my anger and grief and ultimately emerge as a new woman now with a wife and a house and a dad who lives here with us. It's good.

Thanks to everyone who continue to follow me here and who take the time to comment on a photo and even drop me an email now and then. Thanks also to everyone who simply look at any of my photos.

As always - blessings and peace to all of us.

I cannot believe it has been over a year since I put an update here. My wife and I are expecting our first child in January (she is the one giving birth). We took a few trips this past year and I've been posting photos as soon as I can edit and organize. My mom is still very present in my life and as these life events roll on ( marriages, pregnancies, births, etc.) I miss her just as much. It has been 4 and a half years since she died and I feel like a completely different woman now, about to be a mother myself … wow life is wonderful isn't it?

I have to say here for everyone to read that my mother-in-law, Melissa Rosenberg, has been wonderful to me. She has done everything she can to welcome me to her family and it means so much to me to have her in my life.

I continue to make good friends here on flickr. what a wonderful family you all have been for me! We've never met - me and you - but the love and encouragement you give me helps me get through things, even the mundane and everyday things. Getting up most mornings around 4:30 AM to get to "The Bucks" for the early shift … you all help make it possible.

June 22,2021:

Once again ... WOW! WAAAYYYYYYY too long between updates. Our son Avery was born in January 2020. He's a bright, active, NORMAL little boy and a real joy in our lives. Of course he was born just prior to everything shutting down and closing up for the pandemic. Julie and I and my dad are all vaccinated now but of course Avery is not. So we are still very careful and cautious where we go with him and how we expose him to the outside world. These things take time and I know that everything will turn out OK for the rest of my life if I'm prudent and think things through and have a little fun now and then as well.

I'm no longer working at Starbucks. I have a part time professional position with a local historical organization. I do some research and I do a lot of cataloging and data entry. It is all work from home for now though at some point I hope to make this a full time job as history is a passion of mine. Julie is also working from home exclusively and she is a STAR in her role at the construction company she is employed by. thus I do more of the child care stuff while she works and she earns most of the money that comes in between us. My dad also contributes to the household. he is anxious to begin seeing his girl friend again though he tells me it still seems strange to be "involved" with anyone after mom. Been 6 years now since she died.

March 23, 2023

Way overdue for another update. Our daughter Eloise was born on Aug 12, 2022. Avery loves being a big brother and El is doing well. since my last update Julie's mother has moved in with us and is now a permanent member of the household. We are delighted she lives with us fulltime. with so much human life in the house we decided we needed a bigger place and with wonderful assistance from Julie's employer we were able to purchase a new home - a new to us but about 30 year old home - and complete a few renovations and we moved in before the end of 2022. Now we have enough room for everyone here to be comfortable and also have enough private space for all of us. Julie is now working in her employer's office one or two days a week instead of being totally remote. My dad and Julie's mom are doing fine. Me? I still do some part time work for the historical group but mainly I am content with being a stay at home mom and "house dictator". It is a role I feel comfortable in and my underlings all enjoy the leadership and discipline I bring to the group.

I love you all. Stay in touch.

As I write this I'm watching my sister sleep- she won't wake for another hour and I'm going to sit quietly and write about my friend Amanda. She works as a barrister- barista- sorry my spell checker is going crazy- I don't know if she makes a good cup of coffee or a lousy one but I do know one thing- she absolutely makes me smile, laugh and cry- you don't want to see me cry with blurry eyes and saliva dribbling down my chin. Her photos are the things she sees and loves- we look through her eyes too and feel her unique soul, her quicksilver thoughts, her fleeting memories and that warm caring heart- which I adore so much. All my love and kisses Kate
