University educated in physics (1 year) and architecture (4,5 years) in the city of Trondheim (Central Norway) in the 1970s, incl. several study tours - Venice 1974, Paris + Chartres 1975, Western and Southern Norway 1976 (incl. a lot of cities and towns), Japan 1977 (Honshu incl. Tokyo, Yokohama, Nara, Kyoto, Kurashiki, Hiroshima, Itsukushima, Itzumo, Matsue, Nagoya, Shirakawa, Takayama, Mount Norikura, Matsumoto, Kofu, Fuji and Shimoda), Stockholm + Helsinki 1978, thereafter both Rome and Warsaw 1981. Have in 1973 visited Tromsø, Copenhagen, Innsbruck, Rome, Naples + Pompeii, Genoa, Milano, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, in the 1960s Copenhagen and Køge in Denmark as well as Örebro and Kristianstad in Sweden. So I experienced quite early a lot of other countries than my own. Over the years I have lived in five Norwegian cities in three different regions (incl. the three main cities). Occasionally I work a little with genealogy today and enjoy taking pictures - both in urban areas and out in great nature.
