I enjoy travel photography. To keep progressing and learning new skills I do volunteer work at the Chicago Botanic Garden two mornings per week. The wide variety of assignments doing various projects for horticulturist, special events and documenting building construction all requires the use of different techniques, accessories and lenses.
Another way I learn new skills is by being a member of the North shore Camera Club and the Des Plaines Camera Club.
Teaching beginning photography classes at the Meskill Senior Center, Wilmette, Illinois, broadens and understanding of the wide array of digital cameras and how people interact with their devises.
My travel images are presented at Wilmette Public Library, senior centers, retired teacher associations and Chicago Area Camera Clubs.
