It was in the summer of 1945, when I first spotted young Laurie secretly photographing boys in the NAAFI changing rooms. By the time I caught up with the young scamp she'd already processed two rolls and was selling prints to WRACs for a shilling a piece! Those were the days... Of course we all remember when she "borrowed" the CO's motorcycle and decided to set the lap record around the perimeter track, by the time Smudge had finished her he wasn't able to sit down for a week!!! Great days... Great days.
