I started taking photos with seven or eight years. With a Kodak Instamatic 155X, I remember it perfectly. Vacation photos in Lignano (Italy) and "reports" about the carnival parade in the village of my grandparents and maternal uncle. Or take pictures on our trips to the mountains. My uncle very dedicated to the photography of events and wedding, he had his own laboratory of b/n and in "exceptional" situations I could use his reflex camera, a Yashica (a FR or FX, I do not remember anymore). I learned from him about time, ISO, diaphragm and a bit of composition.

Later, when I was 18 years old, I bought a SLR camera Minolta XG-M dedicated me to take photos with a friend in b/w, relieving the films and photos ourselves. My friend took pictures with an Olympus OM-2 and since then I was fascinated by the Olympus system, its handling, quality, etc .. When stopped servicing the Minolta XG-M in the early 1990s I bought an Olympus OM-2 , I still have it, it works correctly and my son uses it from time to time, getting used to it is not a digital (reel with 36 shots - card with x.xxx shots).

I even try to follow with the digital camera the "limits" that impose a reel - right framing, do not "bursts" of photos where it is not precise and subsequent manipulation as little as possible - almost zero. All this, think before about the reason, the frame, the expression and the environment that you want to capture, it "connects" you more with the object and save a lot of work later - personally I am more satisfied. And that's where the current Olympus system comes in, which helps you a lot in this regard. I consider myself pure amateur and lover of photography, I'm interested, I like to observe, contemplate, experiment, try to capture situations, see exhibitions (in "analog" or digital galleries like Flickr), ...

As for the digital cameras I have gone through an Olympus C-3030, Olympus C-5060WZ, Canon 600D and now Olympus OMD-EM 5 MII.

Empezó a hacer fotos con siete u ocho años. Con una Kodak Instamatic 155X, la recuerdo perfectamente. Fotos de vacaciones en Lignano (Italia) y “reportajes” sobre el desfile de carnaval en el pueblo de mis abuelos y tío materno. O tomar fotos en nuestras excursiones a las montañas. Mi tío muy entregado a la fotografía de eventos y bodas, tenia su propio laboratorio de b/n y en situaciones “excepcionales” podía utilizar su cámara réflex, una Yashica (una FR o FX, ya no recuerdo). Aprendí de él sobre tiempo, ISO, diafragma y un poco de composición.

Más tarde con 18 años de edad me compré una cámara réflex Minolta XG-M me dedicaba hacer fotos con un amigo en b/n, relevando nosotros las películas y fotos mismos. Él haciendo fotos con una Olympus OM-2 y ya desde entonces me fascinaba el sistema Olympus, su manejo, calidad, etc.. Al dejar de prestarme servicio la Minolta XG-M al principio de los años 1990 me compré una Olympus OM-2, todavía la tengo, funciona correctamente y mi hijo la utiliza de vez en cuando, acostumbrándose que no es una digital (carrete con 36 tomas – tarjeta con x.xxx tomas).

Yo incluso intento seguir con la cámara digital los “límites” que impone un carrete – encuadre acertada, no hacer “ráfagas” de fotos donde no es preciso y manipulación posterior lo menos posible - casi cero. Todo eso, pensarse antes sobre el motivo, el encuadre, la expresión y entorno que quieres captar, te “conecta” más con el objeto y ahora bastante trabajo después - a mi personalmente me satisfaga más. Y ahí entra el actual sistema de Olympus, que te ayuda bastante en este sentido. Me considero puro aficionado y amante a la fotografía, me interesa, me gusta observar, contemplar, experimentar, intentar captar situaciones, ver exposiciones (en galerías “analógicas” o digitales como Flickr),...

En cuanto a las cameras digitales he pasado por una Olympus C-3030, Olympus C-5060WZ, Canon 600D y ahora Olympus OMD-EM 5 MII.

Mit sieben oder acht Jahren fing ich an Fotos zu machen. Als Kamara eine Kodak Instamatic 155X, ich erinnere ich mich genau daran. Urlaubsfotos in Lignano (Italien) und "Berichte" über den Karnevalsumzug im Dorf meiner Großeltern und meines Onkels mütterlicherseits. Oder machte Fotos von unseren Ausflügen in die Berge. Mein Onkel war ein sehr engagierter Fotoghraf für Events und Hochzeiten, er hatte sein eigenes Labor für B / N und in "außergewöhnlichen" Situationen konnte ich seine Spiegelreflexkamera benutzen, eine Yashica (eine FR oder FX, an die ich mich nicht mehr genau erinnern kann). Ich habe von ihm über Belichtungszeit, ISO, Blende und ein bisschen Komposition gelernt.

Später, als ich 18 Jahre alt war, kaufte ich mir eine Spiegelreflexkamera Minolta XG-M widmete mich der Fotografie mit einem Freund in schwarz/weiß. Wir enwickelten die Filme selbst. Mein Freund fotografierte mit einer Olympus OM-2 und war seitdem fasziniert von der Olympus-Ausrüstung, deren Handhabung, Qualität usw. Als ich in den frühen 1990ern die Minolta ihren Dienst verweigerte, kaufte ich eine Olympus OM-2. Ich habe sie immer noch, sie funktioniert einwandfrei und mein Sohn benutzt sie von Zeit zu Zeit (als Hipster, wie er sagt), um sich an die reduzierte Aufnahmezahl zu gewöhnen (real mit 36 Schüssen - Speicherkarte mit x.xxx Schüssen).
