Matt Rosensteele is an Indiana native who originally moved to Costa Rica in 2008, to spend two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer. After finishing his service, he returned to Costa Rica to direct an environmental non-profit organization called Restoring Our Watershed (ROW). Through his work with ROW, Matt has established several Costa Rican organizations and for-profit enterprises that support a positive, broad vision of partnering sustainable economic activity with environmental protection, including the Nandamojo Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Bees for Trees micro-lending program. He has six years experience in a range of real estate transactions in Guanacaste, including the communities of Playa Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra and Playa Junquillal.
