Picking up a camera and loading it with film was a time consuming and elaborate affair not unless you're meant to live past a hundred years. Now forget about the sad twist to the story of how many times you have to buy a roll of film, replace the batteries or recall the moment of getting past the queue to the photolab to get your film developed as we get to digitize the experience.

The man behind the camera is just as mystified as anyone else taking a selfie of himself through his mobile phone before probably falling into a metaphorical cliff (out of stepping too much backwards to get a better view) in disbelief of how our technology suddenly manage to get this good. It is too easy to be overwhelmed with these advancements so taking my photographic journey with moderation left me using Pentax cameras (most of the time) as least advanced technology (the way the majority misjudge it) tend to allow me to savour the moment each time I press the shutter. The few hundred surviving images I was able to sort out through my DSLRs' sd cards can be found on my pentaxgallery page (pentaxphotogallery.com/deepblue) if you are willing to use your mobile's data to view them. This flicker account is partly meant to showcase the pictures I took of my friends and family and allow an easier way of sharing it to them and as I usually find a hard time nailing faces with all the details as I'm more adept on flying objects so they could probably understand that I meant for them to remember the background (which appears clearer most of the time) when and where I took it with them (showing blurred more often than not) on the foreground and not themselves.
