A member of our team will be available to answer questions about the area, make suggestions for dinner or entertainment. We have properties to suit any family. Properties are in Malaga province including Torrox Costa, Torrox Pueblo, Nerja, Sayalonga, Costa del Oro and Torrox Park. RENTAL WATCH PACKAGE INCLUDES

Two visits per month

Check all contents against inventory

Perform a visual inspection of the exterior

Perform a visual inspection of the interior

Thoroughly air all rooms

Check for pest & vermin and recommend remedial action

Test all appliances & electrical equipment

Examine all furniture & furnishings for wear & tear

Check all sanitary equipment & plumbing

Mail collected and forwarded to you twice per month (postal charges not included)

Ensure all security services & equipment are functional

Water all house and terrace plants

Act as your official key holder (2 set minimum)

Publish a monthly owners report detailing the status of your property along with any recommendations

Take photographs and write a description of your property

Advertise your property.

Publish a guest information manual

Rental ideas and suggestions to maximize your rental income

We will compile a full and comprehensive inventory of your property.

Packet of local information, bus timetables, restaurant guides and day trips

 

Annual package above 350.00 per year plus 15% of each rental that is achieved through our efforts.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:

 

MAID SERVICE

A midweek or weekly maid service can be arranged for you or your clients at convenient times for yourselves. 12 per hour

 

CHANGEOVERS /ONE OFF CLEANS/SPRING CLEANS

An in-depth clean which involves cleaning every possible area of your property including windows, internal & external all doors, sills, skirting, kitchen units inside and out, all crockery and cutlery, deep oven cleans/carbon removal etc. 12 per hour

 

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Gardens in Spain need year round maintenance weeding, mowing, cutting back, pruning and general tidying up. 15 per hour

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Upon your guests arrive we will meet them at a local point and escort them to their accommodations. We will make sure they are familiar with appliances, locks, alarms etc. When they leave we will inspect the property and lock-up. 25

 

WELCOME GROCERY PACKS

A pack of essential items will be waiting for you or your clients upon arrival. The pack consists of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Bread, Butter, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Cereals, Water, Preserves, Six pack of beer and wine.

You can of course customize the packs to your own individual requirements or for a special occasion with champagne and flowers etc.

 

LINEN SERVICE

Beds made up with freshly laundered linen and fresh towels placed in your holiday home for your or your guests arrival. 12 per hour

 

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE:

Offer your guests the option of having an on-site Chef either for a daily meal or for a special occasion. Price individualized on requirements.

 

Furnishing for Holiday Rental Design and coordination assistance is available. Cost individualized depending on size of property and budget.
