I have always been a thinker, and all of those many thoughts have taken me to some truly wonderful little alcoves of this world. I am also an academic, a writer, and an educationalist.

One of my main goals in life is to bear witness. To offer an outlet to otherwise marginalized voices without speaking on behalf of these people is something I aspire to. Whilst my words have the power to tell a compelling story, the world of images enables me to discover a creative edge otherwise subdued.

Last month I received my first camera, his name is Kam-Soo. These days I am learning the ropes, venturing out into my local surroundings, and seeing everyday life flow through a different and more considered lens.
