I am a semi retired amateur wildlife photographer, with a focus on birds and, in the warmer months, dragonflies. I started digital photography over 20 years ago, with a 3 MP camera attached to a telescope! Nowadays I am keen to keep up to date with the latest Canon mirrorless cameras.

I live in southern Oxfordshire, UK and much of my photography is now done locally, although I am sometimes tempted further afield to various photo hides. Previously I did a fair bit of international travel to find birds all over the world, visiting six continents.
