Navan Racecourse is located on the outskirts of Navan town centre in Co. Meath and stages both Flat and National hunt (jump) racing.

With a history dating back almost 100 years, Navan continues as one of the most important racing venues in the country. Home to numerous notable races, Navan plays host to some of the biggest equine names each year and invariably, many winners at Proudstown Park are subsequently successful in the best of races around the world.

Navan is widely renowned as a leading National Hunt venue and comes into its own during the Autumn and Winter months when the wraps come off the jump-racing stars that almost inevitably turn up at the County Meath venue during the season.

The historic Troytown Handicap Chase, the Fortria Chase, the Lismullen Hurdle, the Boyne Hurdle and the Monksfield Novice Hurdle are the big races on the National Hunt side of things, while the Group 3 Vintage Crop Stakes and the Listed Salsabil Stakes are the feature Flat events at Navan.
