I'm not a professional photographer, nor do I have lots of fancy equipment. I bought my first 'real' camera only a couple years ago, a Sony α6000. I'm just a person who liked to take photos in her neighboured/local area and discovered that she's quite good at it. I'm not the type of person who drives for hours to a remote location to take the perfect shot (although that could change in the future). I tend to just take my camera with me wherever I go. I also enjoy going to my local beach before sunrise (usually Carrum or Seaford beaches, Melbourne) to capture the changing colours in the sky and the ocean as the sun rises. I also enjoy taking photos of insects, flowers, birds, and also some street photography. I have also recently discovered the joy of creating HDRs and now create them every chance I get. In the future, I would also like give nightscapes a try.
