I am an Amateur photographer. I took up photography seriously in 2017 after years of annoying my Grandchildren with my compact digital camera. My friend Owen taught me the basics and I began with a Pentax SP500 35mm and a Helios 44m-4 I bought from ebay. You can't beat the anticipation of waiting for your film to be developed after a walk round town looking for some good shots. I am currently learning the art of photography, film and digital with guidance from the great photography community whom inspire me with their efforts as we share the world around us.

My photo's are my journey from day one of my photography education. it's been an interesting and sometimes frustrating journey, but one that has opened my eyes to the beauty around us.
